Volunteer training

Healthwatch Sunderland’s volunteer training programme is starting soon!

Would you like to become an Information Champion? or find out more about being an
Enter and View Volunteer?

To find out more about what it means to be an Information Champion for Healthwatch then please book a place now.  This training  involves three half-day sessions and covers a range of topics including the role of Healthwatch, benefits of volunteering and brushing up on communication skills.  Ideal for those who haven’t done a lot of volunteering before!  The dates are 10th April, 17th April and 24th April and all sessions run from 12.15pm to 4pm and will be held at Sunderland Software Centre, Tavistock Place, Sunderland, SR1 1PB.

If you are interested in hearing more about what it is involved with being an ‘Enter and View’ Champion, then why not come along to our taster session.  You will have an opportunity to hear about what Enter and View is all about and it will also give you more of an idea on the recruitment process.  There’s no commitment involved at this stage, so why not come along and find out more! The date for this session is  Monday 14th April from 1pm to 3pm and will be held at Sunderland Software Centre, Tavistock Place, Sunderland, SR1 1PB.
