To empower people and communities to improve health and social care services together

Consultation on Specialist Stop Smoking Service for Sunderland

Survey closing date: 22nd August 2018

The Council is beginning a process to set up a Specialist Stop Smoking Service in Sunderland.  The Service aims to reduce the current high rates of smoking by focussing on particular communities and identified groups, as well as those with complex needs such as people with long term conditions.  The Specialist Stop Smoking Service aims to provide a single point of contact for Sunderland residents, as well as a range of stop smoking options including support for those smokers who wish to quit independently.

They would like to hear your views about the delivery of a Specialist Stop Smoking Service and will be grateful if you would share your thoughts on a few questions. This should take you no more than 5-7 minutes.

The link below will take you to the questions and is open till 12.00 Wednesday 22nd August 2018.
