Integrated Substance Misuse Treatment and Harm Reduction Service in Sunderland (Wear Recovery) - Consultation 1st stage
Hitch Marketing is working on behalf of Sunderland City Council to carry out the consultation and to ensure an independent view. The first stage of the consultation is for us to gather the views and thoughts of stakeholders and partner organisations. This survey is the first approach we are using to gather views. By using a survey we are able open up the consultation to as wide a range of stakeholders as possible.
Below is a link to an online survey that will take around 10-15 minutes to complete. The link is shareable, so if you feel there is anyone else in your organisation whom you would like to contribute to this consultation, then please share the link with them.
The survey will be open for approximately 2-weeks and will close on Friday 24th May.
All information will be treated as confidential and no one will be able to connect your responses with any information that identifies you.
Following on from the survey we will also be looking to undertake a series of face-to-face or telephone chats with a number of stakeholders to explore some views and thoughts in more detail. If you are interested then please leave your contact details within the survey.
We will also be looking to arrange and undertake some similar interviews with a range of service users past and present, including people who do not access treatment services, users of needle exchange services for performance and image enhancing drugs, users of needle exchange services for illicit drugs, carers of substance misusers and similar. Engaging with these groups can be very difficult so we would really appreciate any help you and your organisations can offer in helping to recruit people for interviews. Again, if you feel able to help then please leave you contact details within the survey.
Equally, if you have any questions about this survey or helping us to recruit for interviews, then please email firstname.lastname@example.org
