Summary
In a world where patient voices are increasingly important in shaping healthcare services, PPGs stand at the forefront of change for general practice. PPGs are groups of patients, healthcare professionals, and community members. They play an important role by making sure that GP surgeries meet the needs of the people who use them.
To support PPGs in their mission, we are pleased to announce the launch of our PPG Guide. This guide is designed to give PPG members, GP surgery staff, and prospective members with the knowledge and tools they need to drive meaningful change within their GP practice.
