Celebrating a fantastic Star Award achievement
A huge congratulations to the Advice and Complaints Team at South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust, who have been recognised with one of our Star Awards for their outstanding support for patients and families.
This achievement follows the consistently positive feedback received by the Healthwatch team from those who have been supported by the Advice and Complaints Team. Service Manager Gemma Evans expressed,
