Health & care - where to go for what
Supporting people to stay safe, well, and independent with the right support in place.
In collaboration with Sunderland City Council, we developed and launched a survey to gather insights into people's awareness of available adult social care services and how they seek the relevant information, advice, and guidance so that they can make informed choices and access the right support.
During this research, we heard from the general public that many of them did not know where to go for social care support.
