Hylton View Care Home
It was our great pleasure to visit Hylton View Care Home on 11th January to present them with a Healthwatch Sunderland Star Award.
The home recently received 5 nominations, all from their residents, with special mentions to staff members; Julie Calaham, Dom Cryton and ex-employee at the home Gretel Woods.
One resident said;
“They are very kind to me and look after my needs”, with another adding “Julie looks after my wife and she gives 100% and also has a lot of patience”.
Registered Manager at the home, Kim Teasdale said;
“Staff at Hylton View are very proud and grateful for the star award, it is nice to receive appreciation and recognition for all the hard work they do.”
