On 22nd October 2026, Anna and Tracey from Healthwatch Sunderland had the absolute pleasure of presenting the Nursing Team at Millfield Medical Practice with a Healthwatch Star Award.
The Nursing Team were nominated following excellent feedback from patients on the service provided.
After receiving the award, Louise Frelford (Long Term Conditions Nurse) said:
''Receiving this award was a real honour and means a great deal to us. It’s lovely to have the hard work and dedication of our nursing team recognised, and I’m proud to be part of a team that is committed to providing the best possible care for our patients.''
