Working alongside South Tyneside & Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust we will be looking at several areas of hospital care and the experiences of people using them.
Working with patients and service users we will ensure that health and social care providers supply them with the information they need in a format they can understand.
Focusing on mental health and sexual health services, we aim to increase young people's awareness of what support is available to them and how they access it.
