Enter & view, Deerness Park, GP Practice
Having received positive feedback from a number of service users of Deerness Park GP Practice we decided to carry out an enter and view visit to discover what they thought made it a good service.
Summary
Trained Healthwatch Sunderland authorised representatives were selected to carry out the visit.
We picked up some positive feedback from a number of service users of Deerness Park Medical Centre which was reported to us in November and December 2014.
A pre-prepared questionnaire was used to ask patients questions around satisfaction with the Practice and any areas for improvement.
