Consultations & training
Volunteers from Youthwatch have taken part in several training sessions over the months in order to learn new skills and help them in their role, this has included sessions on Cancer, Alcohol Learning Disability & Eye Health Awareness, End of Life, Smoking Cessation plus many more.
Our young volunteers have also taken part in consultations aimed at helping services to ensure that they have patient and service user involvement. These have included sessions on the new Eye Infirmary Hospital, Violence against Women and Children and Prescribing Painkillers.
